New West Elementary School and Summit South Elementary School
Increased enrollment and the need for additional learning space were key reasons for the construction of two new Elementary Schools.
This project involved the construction of a new 75,782 square foot Licking Heights West Elementary School, with a capacity for 600 students, and a 92,161 square foot Summit South Elementary School, with the capacity for 750 students.
These buildings were designed to meet the Ohio Facilities Construction Commission standards. The District was involved in the Expedited Local Partnership Program.
