About This Project
In 2020, Berne Union Local Schools selected our team to provide planning, programming, followed by design and related construction administration services to replace the District’s current grades K-12 school.
The School District is participating in the Ohio Facilities Construction Commission’s Expedited Local Partnership Program, and the school is being designed to obtain LEED Silver Certification.
The project also includes the demolition of the current school, relocating the varsity baseball field, a new transportation/maintenance facility, and a new athletic fieldhouse. The fieldhouse includes (2) basketball courts, a weight room and a classroom.
