Tri-County Career Center / Ohio Facilities Construction Commission (OFCC)
Schorr Architects, Inc. is currently providing professional design services for Tri-County Career Center under the Ohio Facilities Construction Commission (OFCC) Career Technical Construction Program (CTCP).
The project includes a 5,354 SF addition and a 4,894 SF renovation of the Diesel Lab and 2,000 SF addition for the Electricity Lab at the Smith-Parkins building.
Specific services provided include:
Designing the Diesel Agriculture Lab and renovating the existing classroom with additional seating for (16) students
Upgrading the building’s electrical and fire alarm systems
Adding to the existing electrical lab
Renovating restrooms in the Smith-Parkins building
Performing soil boring, surveying, special inspections, quality assurance testing, and permitting
Schorr Architects has prepared construction documents for all phases of the project and is currently providing administration, advice, and consultation throughout the construction process.
