Fountain Square Complex, Building B Renovations

This project entails the renovation of portions of the first and second floors of Building B at the ODNR Fountain Square Complex.

The renovations consisted of:

• B-1/B-2 Remodel bathrooms and reconfigure to maximize office/storage space, if possible.

• Add ADA compliant restroom.

• Configure north area of B-1 into two separate areas for office space and equipment storage.

• Configure office suite on west side of B-1 for records center and public customer service area.

• Redesign lobby to account for records center access and better ADA access, flooring, finishes, etc.

• Reconfigure all B-2 to maximize office space for Groundwater, Mapping and Energy Departments, including other required rooms and area for growth.

• Create area for Outreach and Publications section.

• Include staff break room where plumbing allows.

• Create a conference center that includes 2 meeting rooms.

• Create administration suite area.

• Create area for fiscal section.

• Other miscellaneous rooms as space allows.
