About this Project
This project involves the demolition of the existing horse riding pavilion and the construction of a new Agriculture Pavilion located in the Northeast corner of the Ohio Expo Center. The new facility is a single-story, pre-engineered metal building with a standing seam metal roof. The walls are partial masonry and metal panel. The structure is equipped with (1,005) 10’x10’ horse stalls with specified aisles and with an attached warm up riding arena. Site work included existing utilities relocation, new site and building utilities, storm drainage, asphalt drive and lighting.
