About This Project
Increasing enrollment and the age and condition of its (2) Elementary Schools led Bloom-Carroll Local Schools to decide to consolidate all K-5 students into one location. It had previously purchased a new property adjacent to the current Middle & High School property.
The District passed its bond issue in May 2018 and participated in the Expedited Local Partnership Program with the Ohio Facilities Construction Commission.
The school is two stories and was designed to accommodate (1,200) students. A media center space is featured on each floor, connected by stairs. District tennis courts were also built on this site.
