Fountain Square Complex, Building H Renovations

This project entails the renovation of portions of the first floor of Building H at the ODNR Fountain Square Complex.

The renovations consisted of:

• Demolish walls to open up one large conference room

• Adding break room to serve employees and conference room

• Provide lighting, including egress, and cabling upgrades

• Rebalance existing HVAC system

• Adding double doors to access conference room

• Adding ADA restroom
