About This Project
Schorr Architects, Inc. provided professional design services for the Construction Trades Lab Addition & Renovation Project at the Pickaway-Ross Career & Technology Center (PRCTC) Main Campus. Supported by a grant from the Ohio Facilities Construction Commission (OFCC), this project aims to enhance career-technical education facilities at Pickaway-Ross. The grant application process, initiated by PRCTC in May 2023, involved rigorous evaluation based on speci!c OFCC parameters.
The project includes the construction of a 23,400 SF addition and the renovation of 23,800 SF to expand and enhance the construction trade labs. This project features two high bay labs on the east side of the existing building, supporting increased student enrollment and aligning with Ohio’s in-demand jobs list to meet evolving workforce needs.
