About This Project

Located within the 110-acre urban setting, this new 3,000 SF restroom and concessions building with covered breezeway connecting the uses, is located next to the park’s baseball and softball fields and designed to reflect the existing park’s buildings. This building fills a need expressed by the community to provide a restroom and concession building due to the increased use of the ballfields. Public sewer and water service were utilized in the final design due to its availability.
