About This Project
This multi-building construction project consisting of a large pavilion, restroom facility and a combination restroom/shelter facility was inspired by the site’s historical milling past.
The large shelter facility is a main focal point of the park and leads to a heated restroom facility and outdoor playground. This amenity is a park reservable rental facility. It is used for outdoor weddings, family gatherings and social events.
The heavy timber construction along with stone columns and foundations were selected for enhanced performance and durability that harmonizes with the surrounding landscape.
