About This Project

The renovation of the McDonald Athletic Complex entailed the abatement of hazardous materials inherent in an existing resilient athletic flooring system as well as the provision of a new fixed wood floor system. Additional work included the creation of new mechanical spaces and replacement of the HVAC system, and exterior door, as well as the replacement of exterior wall facing materials with fiber cement for longevity, security cameras and finish upgrades throughout. The scope included interior, exterior, and site lighting upgrades, along with the creation of new electric water cooler alcoves to eliminate water spillage on the gymnasium floor.
