Glidden Hall, Green Room/ADA Restroom Renovations

Located on the Athens Campus of Ohio University, Glidden Hall is the home of Ohio University’s School of Music, the Music and Dance Library, and many classrooms and academic spaces. It was renamed in 2004 to honor outgoing University President Robert Glidden.

This project consisted of carpet replacement with luxury vinyl tile, replacement of ceilings, painting, upgrading a kitchenette and ADA restroom upgrades. HVAC and electrical systems were upgraded/modified to complete this project, including room occupancy sensors, fire alarm strobes and visual door alarms in order to signal the hearing-impaired users.
