Printing Facility Roof Replacement
The Ohio State University
Schorr Architects, Inc. provided architectural services to The Ohio State University to recover the roof on UniPrint, the University’s printing facility. The scope includes the following:
Removal of the existing single-ply roof covering and insulation down to an existing metal roofing system.
Installation of new polyisocyanurate insulation between standing seam metal roof ribs.
Installation of new polyisocyanurate insulation over coverboard.
Replacement of metal fascia, gutters and downspouts.
Designed and permitted, but not constructed.
