Schorr Architects, Inc. is currently providing professional design services for the New Lab Building Addition Project at Eastland-Fairfield Career & Technical Schools’ Fairfield Career Center.
This project involves constructing an approximately 34,068 SF, new building to create new lab spaces for Welding, Ag/Diesel, 5G Lineman and (4) general classrooms. Additionally, a new entry/exit driveway will be added, connecting to Coonpath Road at the Fairfield Campus.
The design and construction documents are complete. The Construction Manager at Risk recently completed their guaranteed maximum price and construction is to commence in late August.
