Warrenville Developmental Center MS Roof Replacement

Ohio Department of Developmental Disabilities

Warrensville Developmental Center was challenged for many years to maintain asphalt shingles in a mansard roof condition at the resident houses. This project included removal of the existing asphalt shingles and recovering with standing seam metal roof. Damaged or deteriorated plywood was selectively replaced where encountered. The project included replacement of all gutters and downspouts.

The project also included replacement of the low slope roof at the MS Building with fully adhered EPDM membrane. All associated edge metals and flashings were replaced with the project for a complete weathertight warranty.

All buildings remained in operation during construction.
