Ohio Attorney General / Ohio Facilities Construction Commission (OFCC)

Replacement or renovation of the roofs for (4) separate buildings due to age of system and anticipated product lifecycle.

  • Bureau of Criminal Investigation (BCI) London Roof: Built 1999; Roof areas of the overall facility are a combination of built-up asphalt (approx. 47,000 SF)

  • Ohio Peace Officer Training Academy (OPOTA) London Roof: Built 1976; Original Construction is a combination of built-up system (approx. 52,000 SF) and an adhered EPDM membrane and flashing system installed at perimeter walls in conjunction with new metal wall panel installation in 2006.

  • OPOTA London Instructor Trailer Roof: Built 1997; Roof areas of the overall facility are an adhered EPDM system (approx. 3,000 SF)

  • OPOTA London Garage Roof: Built 1976; Original Construction is a standing seam metal roof system (approx. 2,600 SF). Roof over 1992 Addition is a standing seam metal roof system.
