Bureau of Criminal Investigation (BCI) London Roof: Built 1999; Roof areas of the overall facility are a combination of built-up asphalt (approx. 47,000 SF)
Ohio Peace Officer Training Academy (OPOTA) London Roof: Built 1976; Original Construction is a combination of built-up system (approx. 52,000 SF) and an adhered EPDM membrane and flashing system installed at perimeter walls in conjunction with new metal wall panel installation in 2006.
OPOTA London Instructor Trailer Roof: Built 1997; Roof areas of the overall facility are an adhered EPDM system (approx. 3,000 SF)
OPOTA London Garage Roof: Built 1976; Original Construction is a standing seam metal roof system (approx. 2,600 SF). Roof over 1992 Addition is a standing seam metal roof system.
